USのサンディエゴで活動していた激情エモーティブハードコアバンドのJuliaが唯一リリースした1994年の名盤アルバムが、ついに30年以上の月日を得てレコードを2025年に再プレス！2000年中期には、BloodlinkからCD versionのリリースがありましたが、レコードについては、オリジナルのリリースのみに、ここ近年はレコード、CDともに貴重なアイテムとして高値で販売をされており、このレコードの再発は待望のリリースとなった。90年代のカリフォルニアのハードコアシーンは、常に境界を押し広げ、新しい音楽的方向性を模索しながらも、共通のコミュニティとのつながりを保ち模索していた。Juliaは、エモーショナルでカオティック、そして実験的でありながらも、美しく魂に訴える力強いバンドで、Ebullitionの多くのバンドが彼らと同じようなに時代を先駆者であり、エキサイティングな存在だった。当時のオリジナル録音とアートワークは紛失してしまったため、再プレス版は、CDからリマスターを行い、また、アートワークはジェフ・カプラ（90年代初頭の南カリフォルニアシーンの重要な一部… Like It Or Not、Manumission、Ochre、Embassyなど）によって丹念に妥協無しの忠実に再現されている。2025 年再発盤は、ビニール盤用にリマスター。オリジナルは黒ビニール盤で 450 枚。現在、こちらの再プレス盤についてもEbullitionメールオーダーで完売となっているので持っていない人は、このチャンスにご購入をお勧めします。
